Hank is a personal car-maintenance and trip-tracking app. The "Ask Hank" feature provides AI-generated suggestions about possible vehicle issues. It is not a substitute for inspection by a licensed mechanic. Mileage and cost reports are informational; they are not certified by any tax authority. You are responsible for verifying any report before filing.
Premium features are sold via Apple's App Store and Google Play. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by your store account. The free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. We do not process payments directly.
Hank is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any damages - including vehicle damage, missed appointments, or tax consequences - arising from your use of the app.
You can stop using Hank at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by local consumer-protection law; otherwise, by the laws applicable to the seller of record on your store.
